It’s time to vote!

Your personal voting link was sent to you on 31st August from email address noreply@limesurvey.org please click on the link in your email to cast your vote.

As a members’ club, it is you, our members who select our Board. Every year we vote for the Board who will lead your cycling club for the coming year.

We know that you won’t know everyone, so those standing for election have written a few words about themselves and their passion for cycling, with a photo to jog your memory in case you have met them out riding.

We’ve also got two other issues for you to vote on - one to ask you what you think we should do with our small piece of woodland, and the other to ask you to agree to a small change to our membership rules to allow people to join for 12 months, any time of the year.

Voting is online (unless you have told us you want a paper vote), and a link which can only be used once, by you, will be sent to you shortly. Voting will be open until the night before the AGM, which is on Saturday 24th September.

Please vote! We do have to have a minimum number of votes to make the voting legitimate, so we are hoping for high turnout!
