This is an event aimed at club riders who have thought about Time Trialling but felt intimidated by the fancy speed machines seen at events. When this event was last held most riders met up with their usual group in Marden and rode out the few miles to the start in Laddingford to warm up. A map showing the route from Marden to the start of the event can be found HERE. Afterwards a coffee/cake stop at nearby to talk over the event before continuing with the club ride is likely.

There is no parking for cars at the start and finish areas.

Any roadworthy cycle will do and your usual club ride bike will be fine.

A white front light and a red rear light must be fitted and working before you start and every rider must wear a hard shell crash hat of an approved standard.
