Essential Reading
for those that want to improve their fitness!

Here is your chance to give the body and soul a good workout after having been locked down for so long!

We have ridden our bikes at a leisurely pace for too long now and the heart and lungs could do with a bit of a blow!

So here is your chance to gain a bit more fitness.

On Tuesday evenings starting 14th July at Lenham Community centre carpark the club will run a time trial event where you can pin a number on and ride an 8 mile course along the A20 , starting from the top of Dickley Hill (Harrietsham Hill) by the garage, ride to Charing roundabout and return back to the layby just before Lenham Crossroads.

Each rider will set off at 1 minute intervals (so no group riding) and then give yourself a good workout to see in what time you can complete the course. Then in the following weeks do the same again and see if you can beat your previous time - simple!

And you’ll feel so much better for having done it!

Any type of bike will do (except ebikes) .

We will start at 7:00pm ( You will need to sign on before hand which will commence at 6pm)

This is a club event open to all club members. A charge of £5 per rider is payable to cover 3rd party insurance & CTT levy. PLEASE BRING THE CORRECT AMOUNT.

You know you should have a go - you owe it to your body- a strong workout = strong body and mind!

TUESDAY 14th JULY 7:00pm Lenham Community Centre carpark with signing on from 6:00pm.

Contact Dick Naylor 07914 008 062 if you have any questions.

Currently Cycling Time Trials (the governing body) have sanctioned Club time trials to go ahead from 13th July.

If you are not well or showing signs of COVID-19 then please do not attend at any CTT event.
