After last weeks cancellation due to snow,it was a far better day,and several riders who have been out of action over the winter, including ,Kevin,Karlene,Graham,Kevyn, and really good to see Robert back in the fold.Les Land donned the stripes and headed off with a group of 14 to Brenchley.Going up Bow Hill, one rider decided to call it a day, then it was on to Yalding,Collier Street, and the climb up to Brenchley, for the break at Grays cafe,a firm favourite now. With the sun shining, the return took in Mereworth ,Butchers Lane, and Beech Road, where Les got the only puncture.Gary, being the equivalent of a formula 1 tyre changer, leapt to the rescue, and it was mended in record time.An off road section through the back of kings Hill prompted some muttering about having to clean their bikes later, before getting back to East Malling via North Pole.A distance of 32 miles at 11.5 mph. Thanks Les.
